How it works - Fax Instructions

Get Started!

1. Fax or e-mail a sketch plan of the property. Please include any windows, doors, fireplaces, kitchen and bathroom fittings and of course, room dimensions. The measurements can be given either in imperial or metric.

2. We will produce and send to you a professional floorplan, usually within 24 hours. This can be sent as a jpeg, pdf, gif, word document or other format you may require, whichever suits your needs.

It's really that Simple!

Just include all of the following on a fax or email to guarantee our fast turnaround:

• Your details
• Property address
• All room measurements, including bathrooms and hallways
• Full measurements for each room e.g: where a room may have different length walls in one direction, we need all measurements, not just the maximum (see bedroom 2 on diagram above)
• Correct room names
• Windows, doors and openings
• Position of kitchen and bathroom fittings if needed.
